William’s Masters thesis project was on hedonic agency in Kant’s practical philosophy. He studied abroad year at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. William is particularly interested in practical reason, moral psychology, and metaethical issues about the foundations of morality. He would like to learn more about feminist philosophy and philosophical pedagogy, especially with regards to who is taught in lower-division philosophy courses and how. Aside from philosophy, William enjoys singing in vocal ensembles, swing dancing, live music, and cooking.
