U of T Graduate Department of Philosophy
- The Graduate Department of Philosophy tops The Philosophical Gourmet Report among Canadian universities and is recognized as a leading department in the English-speaking world.
- With over 60 faculty members (100 including professors emeriti), the department is by far the largest in Canada, offering each term an unmatched range of graduate courses. All graduate courses, and virtually all activities of the Graduate Department, are held on the St. George campus in the Jackman Humanities Building at 170 St. George St, Toronto M5R 2M8.
- There are currently approximately 100 graduate students in the department. In addition to doing their coursework, research, and teaching, graduate students participate in a variety of conferences, workshops, colloquia and other activities and events organized by the Department and by the Graduate Philosophy Students' Union.
