Philosophy Department Successes with Jackman Humanities Fellowships
The Philosophy Department is very pleased to announce that the Jackman Humanities Institute has awarded Fellowships to the following individuals:
- Professor Mohan Matthen receives a 12-month residential Faculty Research Fellowship
- Professor Evan Thompson receives a 6-month non-residential Faculty Research Leave
- Eran Tal, Graduate Student in Philosophy, is one of three winners of this year's Chancellor Jackman Graduate Fellowships in the Humanities
- Mark Thompson, an undergraduate in the FAS (St. George) Philosophy Department, has been awarded an Undergraduate Fellowship
Mohan, Eran and Mark will all be participating in the JHI's explorations of the theme of "Image and Spectacle" in the coming year.
