DESCRIPTION:The Logic and Philosophy of Science Group is pleased to welcome as guest speaker Stefan Linquist\, an associate professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Guelph. Dr. Linquist is a philosopher of biology with research interests in ecology\, genomics\, and evolution. In the past\, he studied cultural evolution and whether cultures of honour evolve in response to specific environmental variables.
