Or are you wanting to get off to a good academic start for this winter semester? \nThe PCU is teaming up with the Department of Philosophy’s Essay Clinician Bowen Chan to bring to you a PHL Essay Writing workshop for students who want to strengthen their essay writing for their PHL courses! \nInstruction on how to craft a strong and structured PHL paper are often not taught as part of the curriculum in most PHL courses\, and Bowen will be spending time with us to go over what the core components that makes a well-written and effective philosophy paper. He will be going over the basics of composing philosophy essays and offering advice on how to deal with the special problems of philosophical writing\, specifically how to improve in clarity\, precision\, and structure when putting together a PHL essay assignment. \nCome join us on Friday (Jan 29\, 2021) at 4pm EST!
