Biography:
• BA (Philosophy and Linguistics), University of Toronto
Aman is a PhD student working on phenomenology and 17th- and 18th-century European philosophy. Historically, his research focuses on the work of Immanuel Kant, Edmund Husserl, and Martin Heidegger. Philosophically, he is interested in what studying experience (cognitive, perceptual, practical, etc.) can tell us about the world, and in particular what it can tell us about the kinds of beings that we (humans) are.
