David’s research focuses on Plato’s metaphysics and metaethics, their intersection, and their relevance to contemporary debates. They previously worked on Parmenides, the Strasbourg Papyrus of Empedocles, and Aristotle’s Metaphysics. They are also interested in animal rights, both within and outside philosophy.
