My main research interest lies in the Kantian question: how is metaphysics possible?, or more precisely, how is transcendental philosophy possible? I am especially interested in how the German Idealists, from Kant to Hegel, took up this question, as well as in what resources earlier figures in the history of philosophy might offer for thinking about it.
