Emily is a joint JD/PhD student whose research interests are at the intersection of philosophy of law, cognitive science, and epistemology. She is particularly interested in two branches of research: (1) the integration of science and law and (2) the relationship between criminal trial procedure, truth-seeking, and other values in law.
