UNESCO World Philosophy Day Lecture (Chike Jeffers)

This year’s UNESCO World Philosophy Day lecture speaker, Chike Jeffers, is an associate professor of Philosophy, cross-appointed with Canadian Studies and International Development Studies at Dalhousie University. His research focuses on Africana philosophy, the philosophy of race, social and political philosophy, and ethics.

Talk Title

What Counts as a Collective Gift? Culture and Value in Du Bois’s The Gift of Black Folk.
