Why has the zombie become such a pervasive figure in twenty-first-century popular culture? If you’d like to hear the answer, come to the UTM Philosophy Academic Society’s Halloween special, “Zombies and Existential Horror”, featuring the award-winning Dr. John Vervaeke of the Cognitive Science and Psychology departments at the University of Toronto. This event will be held on October 31st from 6 pm to 8 pm in IB 245. Admission is free and food will be provided.
