A Celebration of David Gauthier

Please join us in celebrating our colleague and former chair of the department Professor Emeritus David Gauthier on the eve of his 90th birthday!

The afternoon will also mark the publication of two recent books of collected work, David Gauthier’s Rational Deliberation: Selected Writings (OUP, 2022), edited by Susan Dimock, Claire Finkelstein, and Christopher Morris; and Gauthier’s Hobbes and Political Contractariansm: Selected Writings (OUP, 2022), also edited by Dimock, Finkelstein, and Morris.
