History of Philosophy Group Talk (Allauren Forbes, McMaster)

The History of Philosophy Group is pleased to welcome guest speaker Allauren Forbes, an assitsant professor of Philosophy at McMaster University. Dr. Forbes’s research lies at the intersection of feminist philosophy and early modern philosophy. She focuses on socio-political relations like custom, friendship, and marriage as a means of epistemic, moral, and political transformation in the works of early modern women philosophers.
