Event Navigation
It’s that time of year again! Join us to learn about and celebrate the exciting research done by our undergraduates in philosophy. Look forward to 10 insightful and probing presentations by the students on their current work, as well as to a keynote address, titled “Cultivating Perception,” by Professor Helen Fielding of Western University. Dr. Fielding holds a joint appointment in the Departments of Philosophy and Women’s Studies and Feminist Research. Her expertise lies with 20th-century continental philosophy, in particular feminist phenomenology, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, perception, and phenomenological aesthetics.
Events will take place in person but will also be live-streamed. Zoom meeting links: see below
All talks will be in JHB 418, except those that take place Friday morning: these will take place in JHB 100.
