Have you found yourself struggling to get your philosophical arguments for an essay assignment, or finding hard to communicate your thoughts in the medium of a philosophy paper? Or are you wanting to get off to a good academic start for this winter semester?

The PCU is teaming up with the Department of Philosophy’s Essay Clinician Bowen Chan to bring to you a PHL Essay Writing workshop for students who want to strengthen their essay writing for their PHL courses!

He will be going over the basics of composing philosophy essays and offering advice on how to deal with the special problems of philosophical writing, specifically how to improve in clarity, precision, and structure when putting together a PHL essay assignment.

Come join us on Friday (Jan 29, 2021) at 4pm EST! Students old and new are welcome, and we especially encourage first- and second-year PHL students to come!
