It’s that time of year again! Join the Philosophy Course Union (PCU) for the 2020 Symposium on Love to consider the many aspects of love a day before Valentine’s Day. The event will take place in the Jackman Humanities Building (accessible, with gendered and nongendered bathrooms), is open to all, and a post-lecture reception will serve as a great send-off into Reading Week.
Speakers
- Simona Vucu, “Catherine of Siena on Love of One’s Neighbor”
- Rebecca Comay, “Sophophilia”
- George Boys-Stones, “Love of Others and Care of Self in Plato and the Platonic”
Questions? Check the Facebook event for details or email the PCU.
