Espen Hammer, professor and chair of the Department of Philosophy at Temple University, is a Norwegian philosopher whose main focus is on the post-Kantian European tradition of philosophy. Most of his work deals with questions of ethics, politics and subjectivity.

Táíwò, an associate professor of Philosophy at Georgetown University, in his theoretical work draws liberally from the Black radical tradition, contemporary philosophy of language, contemporary social science, German transcendental philosophy, materialist thought, and histories of activism and activist thinkers.
